After being trained in Kundalini, it became clear, through discernment, I was to utilize this thousand of year old technology of yoga, fused with meditation, physical therapy moves, and yoga. The many thousands of years studying breath and movement, in this form of yoga allows people to slow down the “monkey” mind and find that place of Awe. The place where we feel the creative presence of Elohim, the creator God of the old testament. Stacy’s classes integrate movement, breath, sound, and meditation to help relax and heal your mind, body, and spirit.
